As a Managing Director in the Profit Team and Leader of the Partner Transition Team at Whitman Advisory, Tavi brings more than thirty years of C-suite leadership, including her tenure as Chief Operating Officer of a $10M professional services firm. Her operating background provides a rare vantage point on the questions CPA partners face, not from the outside as a consultant, but from inside the partner mindset, the firm dynamics, and the very real human weight of a leadership transition. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership along with credentials spanning senior HR, retirement coaching, and accounting firm management, allowing her to meet partners with both strategic rigor and genuine understanding.

At Whitman Advisory, Tavi leads the Partner Transition practice and is a member of the Profit Team. Her focus is on addressing a gap the profession has long left open: financial advisors manage the money, and succession consultants structure the deal, but no one guides the strategic life-design question that determines whether a transition succeeds. Her work is grounded in a simple conviction, that accomplished professionals navigating a major career transition are not winding down, but turning toward what comes next, and she brings that same depth to every partner and firm she advises.  Tavi attended the University of Arizona and Amberton School of Business.
