He has driven continuous improvement and innovation by crafting and implementing learning strategies that align with organizational objectives, partnering across service lines and leadership teams to build scalable development programs covering technical, industry, sales, and leadership skills. Jason is also recognized as a skilled facilitator and keynote presenter, engaging a wide range of audiences.
Jason’s industry impact is highlighted by his close collaboration with AICPA-CIMA, his facilitation of the EDMAX group for Top 25 firm learning professionals, and his leadership in creating the LEAD Symposium for Top 100 firms. His expertise spans learning strategy, comprehensive program design, M&A integration planning, and developing evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness.
