He later honed his skills in client service and relationship building as a Line Service Technician at Signature Aviation, where he delivered exceptional service to crew members and passengers. Now, he returns to the firm to deepen his expertise in talent acquisition.
His role involves candidate sourcing and outreach, supporting end-to-end recruiting efforts, and applying a detail-driven approach to evaluation and coordination. This focus ensures he builds strong candidate relationships and contributes effectively to the team’s success. Jacob earned a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with minors in Business Administration, Aeronautical Studies, and Applied Meteorology.
