Erin Hartman is President & Managing Director of Conventus, a Whitman Advisory firm association supporting independent, entrepreneurial accounting firms as they strengthen their businesses, accelerate growth, and preserve independence. With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and business, she helps CPA firms navigate change through strategic planning, practice management, leadership development, operational improvement, and business model transformation. Before launching Conventus, Erin was Senior Manager of Firm Services at the AICPA, where she led relationships with Top 500 firms and directed major profession-wide initiatives, including the MAP benchmarking survey. A frequent speaker on talent, growth, succession, technology, and evolving business models, she is a North Carolina CPA with a Master of Accountancy from NC State and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Meredith College.
